Privacy Policy

Effective 17 August 2026 Last updated 17 August 2026
Summary

KHOLMSK collects no personal information. It contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. It requires no account, and it sends nothing from your device to me or to anyone else.

Who this policy is from

KHOLMSK is developed and published by Macleod Computer Application Developments, a sole proprietorship based in Canada. In this policy, "the game" means the KHOLMSK application, and "I" means the developer.

Information the game collects

None. KHOLMSK does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you.

Specifically, the game does not:

  • ask you to create an account or provide any personal details
  • collect your name, email address, phone number, or location
  • read your contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera
  • contain advertising or advertising identifiers
  • contain analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking
  • use cookies or any similar tracking technology
  • send any data from your device to me or to any third party

Information stored on your device

The game saves your progress and settings locally on your own device so that it can restore them the next time you play. This information stays on your device, is not readable by me, and is removed when you uninstall the game.

If your device is set up to back itself up — for example through iCloud or Google's Android backup — those save files may be included in that backup. That backup belongs to you and is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms, not by me.

Third-party services

KHOLMSK contains no third-party software development kits, no advertising networks, no analytics providers, and no social media integrations. There is no one for me to share your information with, because I do not have any of it to share.

The app stores

KHOLMSK is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you download or purchase the game, Apple and Google handle that transaction themselves and collect information about it under their own privacy policies. That happens between you and them, and I have no control over it.

Apple and Google may also make aggregated crash and performance reports available to me through their developer consoles. These reports are produced by the platform itself rather than by anything built into KHOLMSK, are combined across many users, and do not identify you.

Their handling of your information is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Children

KHOLMSK collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing that could be knowingly collected from a child under any applicable age threshold, and nothing that a parent or guardian would need to request the deletion of.

Your rights

Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), gives you the right to ask an organisation what personal information it holds about you, to see it, and to have it corrected. Depending on where you live, your provincial law or the law of your own country may give you further rights, such as requesting deletion of your information or objecting to its use.

I hold no personal information about players of KHOLMSK, so there is nothing to disclose, correct, or delete. You are still welcome to contact me with any question about this, and I will answer it.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of KHOLMSK collects anything at all, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the effective date at the top of this page will change. Substantive changes will be noted in the game's release notes on the store listing.
